In today's episode, I go over 10 reasons to workout! I want to clarify that I don't believe these to be the biggest and best (morally speaking) reasons to workout. However, if I'm being honest when I first started my fitness journey I relied on some of these external motivators when my internal motivators were lacking.

So as much as some of us don't want to admit that these 10 reasons would motivate them, I still wanted to put them out for you so you can write them down and use them (without admitting it to anyone) when motivation is low.

10 Reasons to workout:
-Swimsuit Season
-Write down the names of the people who expect you to fail
-Write down list of friends that think they're better than you
-Being strong!
-Feeling good about yourself
-Succeed in life
-Have the dream life!
-Going to the gym is fun
-The opposite sex
