Episode Notes

Today we sit down with Jeremy Miller!

Jeremy is a full time videographer, endurance racer, and running coach who I met through social media! We connected a week or so before we hopped on the podcast and Jeremy had such a cool story I had to have him on!

First off Jeremy is only 24 years old! So wise beyond his years, in the podcast we talk about how back in 10th grade Jeremy played sports but never had a massive desire to take those sports to the collegiate level.

Instead Jeremy went to school for political science, a path laid out to him by his parents, a path Jeremy knew soon into school he didn't want to take. So with a foreign exchange program in school, his gf and him went to Hawaii in 2018.

As a challenge to make the trip full of experiences, Jeremy and Bree starting blogging their time in Hawaii and this is how Jeremy's videography career truly began! He decided once he came back that he no longer wanted to pursue a career in law he instead wanted to be a videographer full time.

Jeremy loves documentary type content, much like I do! This type of content goes deep on a subject and this love landed Jeremy in a crew following an ultra marathon runner go from Virginia to California in just 21 days!

This is where Jeremy got a glimpse into Ultra Marathon running!

Since then Jeremy has ran, 1/2 marathons, full marathons and even an ultra marathon called Big Horn!

We dive into Jeremy's experience getting into running and why he loves the you vs. you challenge of long distance running.

We talk about the nutrition and training needed to be in this type of lifestyle as well as what is best for beginners to know if they decide to get into this type of running.

We then talk about how vlogging and showing up consistently on social media has helped Jeremy's confidence, his public speaking, his career and his mindset!

I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation with Jeremey and I hope you do too!
